door.lease is designed to be usable by people documenting rental condition records across short-term stays, long-term leases, student housing, and other rental handoffs.

Supported Features

door.lease supports the following iOS accessibility features. You can enable them in Settings → Accessibility on your iPhone.

VoiceOver

Interactive elements have descriptive labels so VoiceOver users can navigate the app without seeing the screen.

Voice Control

Buttons and interactive elements are labeled so you can navigate and control the app using your voice.

Reduce Motion

When Reduce Motion is enabled in iOS Settings, AI analysis sequences, loading skeletons, and alert dialogs respect the preference with instant transitions.

Sufficient Contrast

Text and icons meet WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 minimum) to remain readable in low light or for users with low vision.

Dark Interface

door.lease uses a dark interface throughout — easier on the eyes in low light and reduces glare during evening documentation sessions.

VoiceOver & Voice Control

We design and test door.lease so interactive elements — buttons, cards, form fields, and navigation — use clear accessibility labels and roles. This helps VoiceOver users hear what each element does and helps Voice Control users activate key actions by name.

Reduce Motion

door.lease uses animations to guide users through the documentation flow. When you enable Reduce Motion in iOS Settings, motion-heavy experiences across the app — AI analysis sequences (move-in, move-out, and comparison scans), loading skeletons, modal transitions, and alert dialogs — respect the preference and use instant transitions instead.

Sufficient Contrast

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast across text, icons, and controls. Body text and UI labels are tested against their backgrounds to improve readability, including for users with color vision deficiencies or in bright sunlight conditions.

Dark Interface

door.lease presents a dark interface throughout the app. Dark backgrounds with high-contrast text reduce eye strain in low-light conditions — especially useful when documenting a property in the evening or in dimly lit rooms.
